Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with BeeSpoke Book Club! 

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships. Any issues with tracking updates need to be directed to the shipping service.

PREORDERS

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, you can't cancel the order. However, you can request a store credit. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES

If your package has been confirmed via USPS/UPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS/UPS  as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once you file a claim with USPS/UPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.

We will resend or refund if tracking confirms the package was lost/delayed during transit. Items will not be resent or refunded if the tracking states the package was delivered in a mailbox/porch/reception etc.
